DisputeLoop is built on the principle of data minimality. We store only what is required to generate your dispute letters and track your operational deadlines.

What we collect

  • Account Information: Your email address for authentication and notification purposes.
  • Credit Reports: PDFs you upload are stored temporarily to facilitate parsing and are purged automatically after our retention period (30 days).
  • Dispute Data: We store the specific account identifiers and balances you select to generate your letters.
  • Operational Data: Mail tracking numbers and delivery dates you provide to trigger deadline calculations.

Our Commitments

  • We do not sell your personal information or credit data to third parties.
  • We do not provide legal advice. Our software is an operational tool for factual accuracy disputes.
